To view the panorama you need Adobe Flash Player Plugin. However don’t worry because probably you already have one installed on your computer. If not, you can download it from Adobe website for free.

To move panorama just left-clik on it and drag it with your mouse. To zoom-in press "Shift" key and to zoom-out press "Ctrl" key.
